TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accepting and paying for your initial consultation the client agrees to the following with Brand Nu me:

General

You will discuss and agree the support you require from Claire Davidson in your initial session, and review the progress and focus of your work together as you go along. You may decide to end your work together at this point or continue working together on a more ad-hoc basis.

The initial session is 60 minutes in length, and follow-up sessions last 60 minutes. Longer sessions, and more frequent sessions, can be negotiated if you require more intensive support. If you are late for an appointment the session will still end at the arranged time.

Payment

You are required to pay for sessions in advance and will be sent an invoice at the time of booking the initial consultation.

Cancellation Policy

·         It is important that you attend sessions regularly. However, if you do need to cancel or change an appointment please let Brand Nu Me know with at least 48 hours notice to avoid being charged.

·         If you miss a session without prior discussion it will be assumed you no longer require the sessions and your contract will be terminated.

·         If you miss a session or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be refunded 50% of the missed consultation price.

If a 2 consultation package is booked, then 25% of the package will be refunded for the missed or cancelled consultation.

If a 3 consultation package is booked, 12.5% of the package price will be refunded for the missed or cancelled consultation. If a 6 consultation package is booked, 7.5% of the package price will be refunded for the missed or cancelled consultation.

A relaxed cancellation policy will apply during the Covid-19 pandemic period so you will not be charged for late cancellations due to symptoms related to Covid-19 (see www.gov.uk for latest advice) or if you have been asked to isolate by Track and Trace.  In this case you will be offered an option of an online appointment in order to continue your programme.

Refund Policy

·         If you pay for an initial nutrition consultation prior to your appointment date and decide to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice 50% refund will be given as analysis work will have begun.

·         If you pay for a program or package and wish to cancel your follow up appointments after the first session, a 40% refund will be issued. If follow up appointments for a program or package deal are not used within 6 months from your initial appointment date no refunds will be given as it will be assumed you no longer require the sessions and your contract will be terminated.

Confidentiality

All conversations during and outside of the consultation hour are all confidential.  If Brand Nu Me has serious concerns about your personal safety, or the safety of another person, then the appropriate authorities will be contacted.

Problems & Complaints

If you are having a problem with Brand Nu me or the service, which you have not been able to resolve please provide written details of the concern.

Working on Zoom, Phone & FaceTime

It is your responsibility to have a working internet connection for all Zoom and FaceTime sessions. You will be charged for scheduled sessions if Brand Nu Me is waiting for your call, but you are unable to connect online.
